The Prosci® Change Management Certification Program equips participants with the ability to manage change on current and future projects within the organization. During the workshop, participants prepare a change management plan for their project using tools such as the ADKAR™ Model, the 3-phase PROSCI® Change Management process, the CLARC model for managers and the Sponsor Diagram.
The program is aimed at managers and experts who are responsible for implementing changes in a specific project or want to build change management competences in their organization.
Certified Prosci Instructor, expert in preparing and implementing diagnostic, developmental, and corrective processes for corporate clients as well as CUW and Shared Services organizations. She is passionate about business psychology and leadership, and creating an environment conducive to developmental processes, innovation, and change implementation.
