The Prosci® Specialised Change Management Certification Programme for Digital Transformation and ERP equips participants with the ability to manage adoption and the people side of change on ERP implementation projects and digital transformations within the organization. During the workshop, participants prepare a change management plan for their technology project using solutions such as a structured approach to the people side of digital change, the research-based Prosci methodology, and resources within a 90-day access to Prosci Membership.

The program is aimed at leaders, IT project managers, change practitioners and HR experts who are responsible for implementing ERP systems in a specific project or want to build new technology adoption management competences in their organization.
